1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using a paid feature, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Keep account information accurate and secure.
2. What EarnADeal provides
EarnADeal is a marketplace that helps buyers request savings and finders share deal information. Unless expressly stated, EarnADeal is not the retailer, seller, manufacturer or delivery provider for an item. The eventual retail purchase is between you and the relevant retailer.
3. Buyer requests and allowance
Each account may publish five buyer requests free of charge. A one-time £4.99 payment enables unlimited buyer requests for the lifetime of that account. It is not a subscription, is personal to the account and cannot be transferred.
4. Offers, prices and unlocks
Prices and availability can change. The launch marketplace accepts new products and professionally refurbished products from established businesses, but not private second-hand listings. Refurbished offers must disclose the refurbisher, grade, warranty and returns policy. Buyers decide whether to unlock an offer and whether to purchase from a retailer.
5. Finder obligations and earnings
Finders must submit lawful, accurate and independently verifiable deals. Fraud, fabricated prices, hidden affiliate interests, leaked or stolen codes, account abuse and misleading restrictions are prohibited. Finder earnings are subject to review, refund and dispute holds, identity checks and payout thresholds. Finders act independently and are responsible for checking, declaring and paying their own tax and National Insurance. EarnADeal does not make a tax deduction from ordinary finder cashouts unless the law requires it.
6. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Paid digital instructions may be supplied immediately with your express consent. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and Savings Guarantee, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Chargeback abuse may lead to suspension.
7. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant EarnADeal a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, moderate and display it as needed to operate and promote the service. Do not upload content you lack permission to use. EarnADeal branding, software and original site content remain protected.
8. Prohibited use
Do not break laws; manipulate ratings; create duplicate accounts to evade limits; scrape protected instructions; interfere with security; impersonate others; harass users; submit malware; or use the service for counterfeit, prohibited or unsafe goods.
9. Moderation and suspension
We may review, reject, pause or remove content and restrict accounts to protect users, comply with law, investigate fraud or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain material enforcement and provide a way to contact us.
10. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, EarnADeal is not responsible for retailer performance, indirect loss or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for legal, security or service reasons and will publish the effective date. English law governs these terms, and the courts available to you under applicable consumer law retain jurisdiction.
